I am
obsessed with this new snack I've found! I have it for a snack after school and also for breakfast on the weekends. I think I'm addicted and I'm totally okay with that. All it is is one banana, sliced, and one apple, chopped into bite sized chunks drizzled in warm peanut butter. I put the peanut butter in the microwave on melt, and then watch it until it starts bubbling, usually about a minute in. After it bubbles, it's super important to take it out right away or else it will burn and harden. After I take it out, I drizzle it on my fruit and am one happy camper!
I'm going to try it with pb2 at some point to still get the flavor while cutting the calories and fat, but right now I'm loving it too much to change a thing! This could also be an amazing healthy dessert!
