Healthy on the go snacking

Snacking on the go can sometimes be tricky because you either grab the first thing you see, or end up buying something while you're out. Either way, you could be setting yourself up for trouble. Some of my favorite healthy, filling snacks to take along with me are: 
Luna bars! I love every flavor. 

Larabar ubers are super healthy and really good! 


And I am obsessed with these coconut almonds! They are SO good and don't have any more calories than regular almonds but you still get that sweet coconut taste. I'm pretty sure I have 5 cans of these around my house right now.

All of these snacks are easy to grab and go and eat in the car or carry in your purse! If you have time earlier in the week you could also prep little bags of fruit for easy access when you're running late!
