Snacking

I have a horrible horrible habit of crazy snacking. I'm trying so hard to break it but on days that I give in, I try to keep it healthy. When I'm craving something sweet, I go for a gluten free rice cake with crunchy almond butter from Trader Joes and topped with a couple semisweet chocolate chips.
It's so good and totally fulfills my cravings.
Another sweet snack is "Cookie Dough" yogurt. It's just vanilla greek yogurt (I used yoplait greek), mixed with 1-2 tbsp. peanut butter or almond butter (crunchy or creamy), and a couple chocolate chips.
Another favorite snack of mine is an apple! Sometimes I like to dip it in peanut butter, sometimes I like to sprinkle some cinnamon on and microwave it! There are so many options when it comes to customizing fruit and it's so easy to mix it up! Sometimes I like it just plain, you know what they say, an apple a day keeps the doctor away!

Another SUPER healthy snack I love is grapes. I like grapes served the regular way, but I love frozen grapes! Not only are they extremely delicious and healthy, but frozen grapes take longer to eat and let's be honest, who doesn't love an extended snack time?!
