Homemade Protein Bars
I've said it before and I will say it again, I am obsessed with Chocolate Covered Katie. I love that she makes healthy recipes that still taste good and she also posts the nutrition facts! A couple of weeks ago I made her Homemade Peanut Butter Protein Bars for the first time and I have remade them several times since! I love having one after a workout. The only downside is they need to stay in the freezer so they can't travel. It's okay though because the taste makes up for it! I used designer whey vanilla protein but you really can't taste anything except the peanut butter! I may try to make them with almond butter next time, I made them with Speculoos cookie butter once and while they were to die for, they were certainly not as healthy as they should be!
